Check In
For your comfort, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment, allowing time to fill out some paper work, to be sure that you are “on-time”, and just to relax.
All Saturday appointments, or appointment 2 hours or more, and spa packages require a 50% deposit to hold the appointment.

Age Limitation
Clients 16-17 years old must have parent or guardian consent. Parent or guardian must sign a Personal Health Information. Clients 16 years old and younger must have parent or guardian in the room with them during their treatment. Clients must be 17 years or older to receive waxing services.

Arrival
We know traffic is a challenge in Dallas! Massage therapy appointments are scheduled back to back, so plan ahead to arrive on time. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early in order to fill out new client paperwork. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment in order to prevent delays for other clients.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your massage appointment. You will be charged for your reserved appointment, if you fail to appear, cancel without proper notice or arrive more than 15 minutes late. In consideration of our hardworking therapists, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the service time or the full fee will be charged.

Considerations
This is a place of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other spa guests by refraining from bringing cell phones and pagers to the spa.

Courtesy Cues
Smoking, alcoholic beverages, food, and cellular phone use is prohibited. Childcare is not provided. As a courtesy to our other clients, please make prior arrangements.

For Your Comfort
Increase your intake of water before and after massage treatments. Refrain from shaving in the 24 hours prior to receiving treatments. During all treatments, your body will be fully draped. Only the specific body area being treated will be exposed. Please leave valuables at home.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of any Hands On Approach services. Gratuities are appreciated and necessary for happy therapists.

Late Arrival / Deposits
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your relaxation time. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

Student Requests
All student appointments are randomly assigned. Gender preferences are honored and requests for appointments with specific students are not guaranteed. Gender preference may be requested when booking Professional Massage services.

Special Needs
Each client is unique, so please let us know in advance if you have medical conditions such as allergies, heart conditions, diabetes, pregnancy (must be past 1st trimester), etc. This will allow us to personalize your services.
