Check-In
For your comfort, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment. This gives you time to fill out some paperwork, be sure that you’re on time, and just relax.
Friday and Saturday appointments, appointments of 2 hours or longer, and all spa packages require a 50% deposit to hold. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellation is required for the deposit to be refunded.
Age Limitation
Clients aged 16 –17 must have parental or guardian consent. Parents or guardians must sign a Personal Health Information form. Clients aged 16 and younger must have a parent or guardian in the room with them during their treatment.
Arrival
We know Dallas traffic is a challenge! Massage therapy appointments are scheduled back-to-back, so plan ahead to arrive on time.
New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment in order to prevent delays for other clients.
Cancellations
In consideration of our hardworking therapists, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time; otherwise, the full fee will be charged.
Considerations
This is a place of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other spa guests by refraining from bringing cell phones or pagers to the spa.
Courtesy Cues
Smoking, alcoholic beverages, food, and cellular phone use are prohibited. Child care is not provided. As a courtesy to our other clients, please make prior arrangements.
For Your Comfort
Increase your water intake before and after massage treatments. Refrain from shaving for 24 hours before receiving treatments.
During all treatments, your body will be fully draped. Only the specific body area being treated will be exposed. Please leave all valuables at home.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of any Hands On Approach services. Gratuities are appreciated and necessary for happy therapists.
Late Arrival / Deposits
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your relaxation time. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time, so the next guest will not be delayed. The full price of your treatment will be charged.
Student Requests
Students perform a light-to-medium-pressure, full-body, non-focused massage only. All student appointments are randomly assigned. Gender preferences are honored, but requests for appointments with specific students are not guaranteed. Gender preference may be requested when booking professional massage services.
Special Needs
Each client is unique, so please let us know in advance if you have any medical conditions, such as allergies, heart conditions, diabetes, or pregnancy. This will allow us to personalize your services and maximize your comfort.
